To ensure permanence beyond the crediting period, we practice careful, selective harvesting. Combined with full land ownership and a long-term use case, this approach guarantees the protection of our forests well beyond the lifespan of the carbon project.

Julius Bär
Size: 510 ha in total, 350 ha net reforestation area
Starting year: 2024
In partnership with Swiss bank Julius Bär, we are reforesting this area to sequester large amounts of CO2. The project borders the Indigenous territory Emberá Wounaan, acting as a critical buffer to protect existing natural forests in this area.
Filo del Tallo
Size: 277 ha in total, 198 ha reforestation area
Starting year: 2023
This project is named after the bordering Filo del Tallo Hydrological Reserve.
Nursery
Starting year: 2019
Located within the Emberá community of Piriatí, this nursery has been operating since 2019 and produces up to one million native seedlings annually.
Panama Canal Watershed
Starting year: 2018
This reforestation project is located within the Panama Canal Watershed – an ecological zone critical to sustaining one of the world’s most important trade routes.
