In Panama, we are supporting a project over 40 years to restore tropical forests that cover around 350 hectares. The project is expected to capture more than 400 000t CO2 over its lifespan. Our local partner has 30 years of experience restoring and managing forests in a sustainable way that promotes the biodiversity of the area. The project also brings benefits to the local communities, especially women, through employment opportunities and social benefits.
The Swiss bank Julius Baer is our first institutional Corporate Carbon Concession client. This video was published on the Julius Baer website to announce the cooperation.
